Kim & Jenny’s Wedding, Crescent Head, NSW
Welcome to the themed wedding of the century! Kim & Jenny, the quirky couple wanted to have an Alice in Wonderland wedding with a fun and fresh feel. The Crescent Head Rugby Club was the perfect setting for the reception to party well into the night for the 140 guests.
After the groom sky-dived into the ceremony and the bride rode in on a white horse, with bridesmaids in pursuit, the wedding kicked off. After the ceremony, the couple took their photos then strolled into the party with 2 small people (midgets) dressed as “Umpa-Lumpas”. The scene was definitely set.
To start proceedings, the “umpa-lumpas” walked around the party serving Shared Affairs signature cocktails in mini milk bottles with colourful straws. Following this, the guests were welcomed with a huge 12m Antipasto Tower of bruschetta, cured meats, imported cheeses, seafood, dips, crackers and breads. The guests continued to mingle, play yard games and drink from the bar setup with wines and champagne and a row boat… FILLED with beer and ice. A great idea for a self service beer fridge.
The Main event was kicking off, and Shared Affair was ready to go. The menu below was no doubt abundant and everyone was ready to party the night away on a full stomach. Truly a night to remember.
