A Day of Remembrance

We understand the delicate nature of a wake and wanted to make the day as easy to bear for the family and friends as we could. Guests were greeted with an 8 metre long grazing table full of antipasti, cheeses, meats and nibbles then hot food served throughout the afternoon to ensure everyone went home with a full tummy and a full heart.
The hand held food included:
Vodka and rosemary cured beef eye fillet with horseradish creme fraiche
