Sydney International Boat Show
With the gorgeous lights of darling Harbour as a backdrop, we were delighted to feed the VIP guests of 5 Star Motor Cruisers and Azimut Yachts at the Sydney International Boat Show.The drinks were flowing and we got to play on some incredible water toys.

Our Signature antipasto tower with cured meats, international cheeses,dips and fruits
Rock melon wrapped in prosciutto
Mixed bruschetta on crostinis with the following toppings
– Tomato and basil
– Beetroot feta and mint
– Mushroom & Thyme
Individual Prawns cocktails served shot glasses with chiptole sauce.
Mini Frittatas of tomato, roast pepper and olive with creme fraiche and micro herbs
A platter of smoked salmon crostinis, cucumber, spring onion and dill creme fraich. (V)
Mini pancake wraps with 8 hour slow cooked caramelised pulled pork, topped with apple and cucumber pickle.
Caprese salad skewers with basil oil and balsamic reduction (V)
